Dr. Andrea Maessen is a partner and leader of the Chemical Industry competence center at Simon-Kucher & Partners. She specializes in the optimization of pricing processes and price systems, focusing on price determination and implementation in the market. Her consulting range covers the development and implementation of value pricing as well as commodity pricing concepts. In these areas she has conducted consulting projects for many global companies.
Dr. Andrea Maessen has published in the fields of marketing and pricing and appears as a speaker at seminars, conferences and meetings. She studied business administration at the universities of Paderborn, Madrid and Hamburg and completed her doctorate at the Department of Trade and Marketing at the University of Hamburg.
